THE AGREEMENT, PLAINLY
Terms of use.
Clevaa is free and early. These terms say what you can expect from it, what we expect from you, and — most importantly — how much weight to put on an explanation a machine has just invented for you.
The short version
If you read nothing else on this page:
- Clevaa is free, early and can be wrong. Check anything that matters.
- It is a way to explore an idea, not a teacher, a curriculum or professional advice.
- Each browser gets a small number of free sessions with a time limit, and those limits can change.
- Do not use it to harm anyone, to break the limits, or to put other people’s personal data into a lesson.
- We can suspend access that abuses the service, and the service comes with no warranty.
What Clevaa is, and what it is not
Clevaa generates a spoken explanation and illustrations in response to your question. Both are produced by AI models at the moment you ask. They can be incomplete, oversimplified or simply wrong, and a generated picture is an illustration of an idea, not a measured technical drawing. Treat a lesson as a starting point for understanding, and verify anything you intend to rely on against a reliable source.
Clevaa does not give medical, legal, financial, safety or other professional advice, and nothing it says should be acted on as though it did. It is not a substitute for a teacher, a school curriculum, a qualified professional or your own judgement. The teach-back at the end of a lesson is a way to think aloud, not an assessment, a grade or any kind of certification.
Early access, limits and availability
Clevaa is free while it is in early access. To keep it running within a small budget, each browser gets a limited number of sessions, each session has a time limit, and the service has daily capacity limits. At the time of writing that is five sessions per browser and ten minutes per session, and you may request more from the end of a lesson.
These limits, the features and the price can change, and the service can be slow, interrupted or unavailable. We do not promise that Clevaa will be available, that a session will complete, or that your saved sessions will be preserved indefinitely. Please do not depend on it for anything with a deadline.
Using Clevaa fairly
By using Clevaa you agree not to:
- work around the session limits, rate limits or the administrative area, or access parts of the service not meant for you;
- automate, scrape or resell the service, or use it to build a competing dataset or model;
- ask for content that is illegal, or that sexualises, endangers or harasses anyone, particularly a child;
- put other people’s personal data, confidential information or credentials into a lesson;
- misrepresent a Clevaa explanation as verified fact, professional advice, or the work of a person.
What you say, and what the lesson makes
What you say and type stays yours. You give us permission to process it as described on our privacy page so the session can run, and to look at it in aggregate to understand and improve how Clevaa teaches. We will not publish your session, your words or your rating as a quotation without asking you first and getting your agreement.
Explanations and pictures generated during your session are yours to use for your own learning and teaching. Because they come from generative models, we cannot promise they are original or free of anyone else’s rights, so check before you publish one commercially. Clevaa’s own name, the site, its public pages and its code remain ours.
No warranty, and the limit of our liability
Clevaa is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for lost data, or for any decision taken on the basis of something Clevaa said. This is a free early-access project run by one person; where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is nothing. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending access
You can stop using Clevaa at any time, and clearing your browser data disconnects this browser from your sessions. We may suspend or withdraw access to a browser or a network that abuses the limits, attacks the service or breaks the rules above, and we may withdraw the service entirely if we can no longer run it.
Governing law, changes and contact
Clevaa is run by an individual in India as an unregistered side project. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
This is the first version, published on 20 September 2026. When the terms change we will update this page and its date. Continuing to use Clevaa after a change means you accept the new terms. Questions: [email protected].
